• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation that the service was not provided. Refunds are made to the same payment details used for payment or to a payment system selected by the user.

• The user may request a refund within 14 days from the payment date by contacting Starsov Support .

• In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, the provider reserves the right to refuse service.

• A refund request can be submitted through support on the website or in Telegram.

• The provider is not responsible for payment aggregator fees but informs the user about possible fees.

• Refunds are not issued if the service was fully provided or was not provided due to reasons beyond the provider's control, such as incorrect data entered by the user.

• Using the service for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any user.
